Do the cabinet come with doors?
Yes! All of our cabinets come with doors and hinges ready to assemble. You can shop between the different styles here.
Can I order a cabinet door with a cabinet box?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer cabinet doors without cabinet boxes.

Account and Payment
How do I Save My Cart?
To save the items in your cart you must first create a CabinetHub.com account and be logged in. To create an account, click on “Create an Account” in the upper right corner of any page.
One you have created and logged into your CabinetHub.com, you can save your cart by clicking the shopping bag > “View, Edit, or Save Cart” > “Save & Share Cart”. You will then be able to name your cart and add a description.
You can find your save carts under the “Buy Later Notes” section of your account.
Issue Creating an Account
Creating an account is the best way to save your cart and stay updated on your order. If you are experiencing any issues while creating an account, give us a call at 1-855-669-6609.
How do I add my billing and shipping addresses? Can they be different?
Billing and shipping address are added at checkout. You can have your purchase delivered to an address that does not match your billing address.
My Card was Declined
In most cases, your payment was declined because the billing address does not match the address your bank has on file. If you receive a denial message, please be aware that we will not be collecting payment from your account. Your bank may show the charge as pending. It is the responsibility of your bank to release the charge back to the account used.
Why didn’t I receive an email confirmation?
There are a few reasons this could occur.
- The order was not complete, due to issues beyond our control. In most instances, you will notice that your items are still in the cart.
- You have misspelled your email address. Double check the email address you registered with is correct.
- Check your SPAM inbox to see if the confirmation email was lost.
Where's My Order?
You can check the status of your order here. You will receive an email when your order ships with tracking information.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Unfortunately, under most cases, orders cannot be cancelled. All orders are processed immediately.
Once an order is processed, it cannot be changed, cancelled or altered for any reason. If you are concerned that you are unsure about, or may want to change your order, please do not place it. Non-custom products may be returned to Homize with a 20% restocking fee if the following criteria is met: 1) product is not assembled—flat pack only 2) return is initiated within 60 days of receipt of the product 3) product is not damaged 4) product is in original packaging.

I Need to Change/Add Items
If more items are needed to complete your order, you will need to place an additional order.
Our orders are processed and placed into production immediately after they are received. Because of this, we are unable to make any changes.
I Need to Change My Shipping Address
Shipping address changes must be made at least 3 business days before the ship date.
There's a Problem with My Order
We value the quality of our product and our service. If you order arrives damaged, or has missing/incorrect items, please contact us. We ask that all customers check their deliveries immediately and notify us of any problems. Please document any damage by taking photos.
